Meet the Team that is more like a Family

Joshua was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others. Josh started his construction career doing asbestos abatement and remodels for his landlord while saving up to start purchasing his own rentals. For fun Josh likes to be on the water, play games, and hang out with friends & family.

Javier was born in NJ and has been working with his hands since he was 12 years old, there is nothing he cannot build or fix. Javier truly is a jack-of-all trades and master of many; he is also bi-lingual! Javier is the onsite foreman for all major projects and is extremely personable. For fun Javier likes to go camping with his family and fish.

Michael is the company CPA and he is a genius accountant. Mike has worked in real estate and construction accounting for 30+ years. Mike and Josh met when they were working for a local real estate developer and have been friends ever since. Fun fact: Mike and his wife Gloria rode their bicycles from Rochester to Florida to California just for fun!

Sam was born and raised in Rochester, NY. Sam began her career in property management, eventually discovering her passion for marketing and media. Sam specializes in social media management, graphic design, photo/video editing, and marketing strategy. Outside of work Sam enjoys traveling, trying new activities like snowboarding, and spending time with loved ones.

Jorge & Blanca are our married crew! It is a blessing to see how well they work together each day and they have very different skill sets which makes for an amazing team. We they are not together at work they are in their brand new home with their 5 children playing outside and working on projects of their own. 

Michael is a full-time fireman and plumber. His father is a licensed plumber so Michael has been in the business since he was 10 years old and loves getting to work with his dad on all of our projects. With 60+ years of combined experience Michael and Carl can handle any plumbing install. For fun Michael likes to hunt and hang out with his wife and newborn son.

Rich is our licensed master electrician and can handle any big job that we put in front of him. He specializes in panel upgrades, new service connections, exterior work, and rewiring of entire projects. Rich works alongside his sons that joined in the family business with their dad. For fun Rich likes to watch sports and relax with his wife.

Clark runs a full-time 24/7 HVAC repairs company and has worked alongside our installers for years. He helps with specialized projects and working on older homes with older HVAC systems. Clark is accessible to all our clients long after projects have been completed. With over 20 years in the business he has seen and done it all. For fun Clark likes to attend sports events and go off-shore fishing.

Dawn is the mother of our CEO and proof that family businesses do it best. Dawn used to be forced into free manual labor during the early years of the renovations and has never complained. Dawn is very good with tile, painting, and general design. She is now retired but gets to keep her fancy title and still helps out with big projects. Dawn likes to craft, read, travel, and play board games. 

Mike and his wife just moved back to Rochester from Santa Barbara, CA where Mike ran his painting business for 20+ years. Mike is a Master painter and finisher with over 40 years of experience. When he is not working he likes to fish and cook mexican food - he makes a mean homemade salsa.
